Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. TERMS
A) In order to process your order, we require payment in full at the time of your purchase. You may pay with your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. We do not except American Express. The charge on your statement will come from FLD
B) All sales tickets are audited. Errors in pricing or arithmetic are subject to correction with your approval. In the event you do not approve and agree to pay the corrected sales price, we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
C) Shipping charges for any item weighing more than 150lbs or a shape not excepted by ups are not included in the sale price and are calculated based on the zip code and weight of delivery. Shipping charges for these items will be added to your bill. You will receive an e-mail notification if this happens.
D) These Conditions of Sale constitutes the entire agreement with respect to your purchase from us, including the delivery thereof, and supersedes all proposals, documentation, communications and agreements, whether written or oral, or previously or contemporaneously given.
2. DELIVERY
A) TID requires delivery by a common carrier specializing in furniture delivery for all furniture orders and items weighing more than 150lbs each, all other items will be shipped via ups or dhl. All custom furniture items will generally be shipped within 8 to 12 weeks of your purchase. All non-custom furniture orders will be shipped within 2 to 10 weeks depending on stocking levels of Manufactures. All Other Items are normally shipped within 24 to 72 hrs if in stock. This time period is only an estimate based upon past experience. All furniture shipments are made FOB our loading dock.
B) A representative of the common carrier that will deliver your furniture/large items will contact you to arrange delivery. You will be given 14 days from the date each furniture item is shipped to accept delivery. Failure to accept any furniture item within the 14 day period will result in a monthly storage charge equal to 1% of its total purchase price. In the event you fail to accept your furniture order within 6 months you will be responsible for a restocking fee equal to 50% of the purchase price plus storage fees and shipping fees. Prior to furniture delivery you will need to provide written directions to your home. We reserve the right to have items shipped in one or more shipments.
C) White glove delivery is available for an extra fee. Please call us if you want a quote. You are responsible for notifying us in advance of any special delivery conditions and for ensuring the merchandise will fit through doorways, stairways, corridors, elevators, etc. If delivery to a designated area is not reasonably possible, delivery will be made to an accessible area as determined by the delivery personnel.
D) In some cases, a delivery may require additional help/equipment or be subject to special transportation or toll charges to access your property. All additional charges are your responsibility. In the event that the delivery location is not accessible by the common carrier's vehicles, the delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point and you will be responsible for delivery from that point.
E) You may be assessed a redelivery charge in the event that no one is present to accept a scheduled delivery or such delivery is cancelled or refused.
3. RETURN POLICY
A) Within 14 days of delivery, you may return the item(s) purchased by calling 440-543-2082 or 866-761-0062(TOLL FREE) to arrange for shipment back to our facility. The Item(s) must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. There are no returns unless you have obtained a return authorization code from customer service. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
B) Special sale items and Custom Furniture orders are non-refundable.
C) The furniture warranty shall be void if the product has been altered in any way, including any change in fabric, legs etc; or if it has been modified in a manner inconsistent with the original product as shipped by TID. In addition, any abuse, misuse, accident or other damages will not be warranted. This warranty does not cover fading or exposure to sunlight. Claims due to cuts, burns, or pet damage are excluded.
D) TID's promise to repair or exchange the product under this warranty does not cover costs of removal, installation, or return shipping. Nor shall TID be responsible for any other incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product, all of which are expressly excluded from this warranty.
E) Orders are subject to our approval.
F) Furniture purchased from TID is not shipped on approval.
G) TID does not assume responsibility for lost fabric and does not offer any warranty explicit or implied for COM.
H) C.O.M. orders may not be cancelled once the fabric has been cut.
I) There is a no-cancellation policy once the custom furniture order is confirmed by TID.
4. REFUNDS AND CREDITS
All authorized refunds will be credited to the originally charged account within two weeks of the cancellation or return of the merchandise to our Facility.
5. LIMITED WARRANTY
A) We warrant the merchandise included in this contract for the terms outlined in our furniture Guarantee. We will repair or replace, at our option, any defective merchandise at no charge. Defects caused by abuse or negligence are not covered.
B) This warranty applies only to the original purchaser upon proof of purchase.
C) We do not warrant color and grain variations in wood and leather. Additionally, the inherent characteristics of fine woods affect how they absorb stains. As a result, we cannot ensure the matching of related pieces or various surface stains on the same item.
D) No change of these Conditions of Sale, either expressed or implied, shall be valid unless documented and approved by our management in writing.
E) EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ITEMS PURCHASED BY YOU, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY SUCH WARRANTIES.
F) We are not responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages associated or related to your purchase or the delivery thereof.

FRAMES AND SPRINGS: Our heavy-duty, kiln-dried hardwood frames and highly engineered spring systems are guaranteed against cracking, popping, squeaking, and sagging for the life of the original cover under normal household use.
CUSHION CORES: Our high resiliency cushion cores and plush down feather wrapped seats have a two-year guarantee. If for any reason your cushion cores should fail under normal conditions, we will replace them at no charge, except freight, for a period of two years after purchase date.
